What is Meeville™?
It's the first 100% portable Parental Monitoring and Management Software for children 4 to 17 years old.

How is Meeville™ used?
Meeville™ uses a flash drive which gives it the ability to be portable. This way the profile you set up for your children follows them to whatever computer they use.
What Does Meeville™ monitor?
Meeville™ monitors and records EVERY computer activity such browsing, chatting, emailing, downloading, instant messaging, computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc., computer games, file transfers, keystrokes and more. Additionally, parents can decide to receive alerts if activities deemed inappropriate are attempted.
What happens when my child unplugs the Meeville™ flash drive?
The computer is automatically locked. The parent password will be required to unlock the computer to return to Windows®
What do I need to use Meeville™?
You will need a Meeville™ flash drive, Meeville™ Service Subscription, Windows XP® or higher, Firefox® and Internet access.
Can parents customize Meeville™ to fit the needs of their family?
Yes. Every profile parents create is age specifically generated by Meeville™. Parents can create a profile for each child to meet their needs.
How is Meeville™ portable?
There is a small program that has to be installed in every computer your child will use. This installation is extremely small and very easy to do because of the installation wizard which runs automatically.
My child already has a profile. If I install Meeville™ on another computer do I need to configure the profile again?
No. Once the profile is created, it is stored in the Meeville™ flash drive. When installing in new computers, only the Meeville™ service is required.

Can another parent modify my child's profile?
No. Once you create a profile for your child, only you or someone with your password can change it.
Can parents monitor Meeville™ from other computers?
Yes, parents can monitor from anywhere in the world where they have Internet access.
How do parents monitor their children's computer usage?
Parents can log on from any computer to the Meeville™ Website where they will have access to their own private parent page. This will show them all of your profiles and the profiles’ activities, alerts, screenshots, date and time and the computer they used. In addition, they have the ability to manage any of their profiles from that Meeville™.
How many computers can I use Meeville ™ on?
There is no limit.
Do I, as a parent, have to have a Meeville™ flash drive?
No. The Meeville™ flash drive is only for your child. Meeville™ is used like a Key. Only with their Meeville™ USB are they able to access the computer. You will ONLY need a computer that has access to the Internet to monitor and manage your children's computer activities
Does each child need their own Meeville™ flash drive?
No, but each child has to have his/her own profile. You may configure multiple profiles on a single Meeville™ flash drive. However, If you have multiple computers, or if each child stores many files such as music, pictures, documents, etc., we recommed getting a Meeville™ flash drive for each child.
I already configured a profile. When I install Meeville on another computer do I need to reconfigure the profile?
No. Once the profile is created and stored on a flash drive, the child can take the flash drive to any compatible computer. The Meeville™ agent will have to be installed for the new computer if it does not exist. If the new computer does not belong to the parent, the parent on the new computer will NOT be able to modify your child's profile.
How much does Meeville™ cost?
The Meeville™ flash drive and software is now priced at $49.99. No membership fees use the software for an unlimited amount of time.
Do I have to pay for updates?
Never. They are always automatically available to you.
Do I need to use Anti-virus and/or spyware protection?
Yes. We recommend these programs. However, there have been instances when these programs could wrongly consider Meeville™ harmful. In those cases, it will be necessary to add Meeville™ as an exception to the rule to allow it to function properly.
